Utila Integrates Yield.xyz for TAO Staking

Utila Integrates Yield.xyz for TAO Staking

TAO staking is now live on Utila.

Through a direct integration with the Yield.xyz API and an exclusive partnership with Yuma, Utila now supports TAO staking on both Root and Subnet networks. The integration allows users to stake TAO without needing to bridge, manage delegations, or manually claim rewards.

Idle TAO can now be staked on Utila to earn rewards, with auto-compounding to grow your position faster. The full lifecycle is handled behind the scenes, abstracted into a clean experience for institutional users and crypto-natives alike.

If you’re holding TAO and want it to earn, this integration unlocks one of the easiest ways to do it.

Utila x Yield.xyz

Capital efficiency is top of mind for many of Utila’s clients. With TAO becoming a core holding for participants in the AI and DePIN sectors, this was one of the most requested assets to add staking support for.

Yield.xyz handled the integration behind the scenes, abstracting all the complexity into a single API call. Utila users can now:

→ Stake to either the Root network or a Subnet

→ Choose their staking strategy through Utila’s UI

→ Have rewards auto-compounded into their TAO position, even when earned in other tokens (Yield.xyz handles the swaps and auto-compounding)

Yuma: Secure Delegation for Bittensor (TAO)

All staking is routed through Yuma, our exclusive validator partner for TAO.

Yuma has a strong track record in the Bittensor ecosystem and runs reliable infrastructure across both Root and Subnet networks. They're also aligned with our mission: to help bring scalable, non-custodial staking to the next generation of institutional platforms.

Built with Yield.xyz

Yield.xyz abstracts the staking logic so teams like Utila can ship faster.

By using our API, Utila avoided the need to build custom flows for every layer of the Bittensor stack. Utila saves time and effort with no reward claiming logic to maintain, no manual token routing, and no validator management. Yield.xyz handles all of that, so Utila can stay focused on what it does best: secure digital asset operations for high-volume clients.
